-45 shallow-water lifeguards: certification requirements are less strict than for regular pool lifeguards. BG provides training upon arrival at no cost to students. Students are paid during the training period. In the unlikely event that a student does not pass the shallow-water lifeguard certification test, the student will be offered another position.
