The Travel Channel called the classic wooden boardwalk America’s best. National Geographic named it one of the top 10 in the U.S. And USA Today named it one of the nation’s best boardwalks for food. In short, it’s three miles of highly concentrated fun!
Whether it’s Maryland history or heroics, art or archeology, ballparks, banks or beautifully restored homes, the Ocean City area offers a wide choice of lively attractions.
If you love nature, you also need to visit another side of Ocean City, Maryland: Assateague Island. It’s where wild birds fly and island’s famous wild horses run free, where dolphins and whales thrive just a short distance off shore. And it’s all within close reach, by car, boat or bicycle.
