Employer Comments: Wellfleet is a popular Cape Cod resort and seaside village attracting visitors and students alike. The inn, built in the early 1800s for the travelling public, is situated a half mile from town and includes the Duck Creek Tavern which features a great menu and live music. The town is small and bordered by water, miles of dunned beaches and easy to explore. It is a safe and healthy place to work, meet people and enjoy a Cape Cod summer. Lots of customer contact. We are seeking energetic, experienced, happy and committed employees who will enjoy the experience.

Wellfleet is located on the narrowest part of Cape Cod and can boast of having both big wave ocean beaches and tranquil bay beaches. Sprinkled in between our shores are delightful clear, freshwater ponds with white sandy bottoms.

Sixty-one percent of Wellfleet’s land area falls within the unspoiled Cape Cod National Seashore. Wellfleet harbor, homeport to sail boats, powerboats and the commercial and sport fishing fleet is bustling with activity.

All restaurants provide the best and freshest seafood available, being well known for their oysters.

The town has a thriving visual and performing arts community with many galleries and venues to explore. Live music fills the air, and the theater productions are world class.
